RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order 
to request a return, for any reason, no explanation needed.
This is your legal right under the EU Consumer Rights 
Directive.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with 
original packaging and labels intact.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@catsmuse.shop with your order number 
and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours 
with instructions. Do not send anything back without 
contacting us first.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility 
for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked 
shipping service — we cannot process refunds for items 
lost in return transit without proof of shipment.
