Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Current shipping rates:

  • Standard Shipping: €4.99

  • Free Shipping on orders over €45

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If this occurs, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

CatsMuse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@catsmuse.shop.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at support@catsmuse.shop with your order number.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
